Your personal data will be stored and processed in our systems as long as the relationship with our entity is maintained.

The processing of your data for the main purpose is legitimized by the contractual relationship established between the parties, and for the additional purpose by the consent you provide when using the contact forms provided by OLEOFER. To do so, you must provide the required information in the mandatory fields, namely your identification and contact details, without which we will not be able to process your request.

You have the right to access all personal data held by OLEOFER, as well as to request its modification or deletion.
You may request that we restrict the processing of your data, in which case we will only retain it for the exercise or defense of claims.
You may object to the processing of your personal data, in which case OLEOFER will stop processing your data except for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
You may request the portability of your personal data, in which case we will send the personal data contained in our databases by email to the address you provide in your request, in a readable text format adaptable to the needs of any other data controller. Alternatively, we will transfer it to the new data controller in the same format to the email address you indicate in your request.
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated data processing, including profiling.
You may also withdraw or revoke any consent previously given explicitly by indicating this in your request.
Data subject rights may be exercised directly by the interested party by providing a photocopy of their ID card or equivalent document in order to verify their identity, or through legal or voluntary representation. In such cases, in addition to the photocopy of the ID or equivalent document of the data subject, the authentic document proving the representation of the third party must be provided along with their photocopy of ID or equivalent document.
